New Goals

I am back from California!! It was absolutely lovely! I didn't work out as much as I was supposed to. In fact I didn't work out at all. Unless you count paddle boarding. I do feel guilty but it's okay. I'll go hard this week. If you're going on a trip you need to plan your workouts ahead and know exactly what you're going to do.








I have some new goals and focuses:
Learn to love leg day.
Learn to love the burn and push through those last few reps because those are the ones that will really change your body.
Make every exercise precise.

I'm excited to be back in the gym today. Wish me luck!
